In this short story Shiva Rahbaran explores the pain, anger and helplessness faced by a family caught in the throes of the 1979 Islamic Revolution and its bloody aftermath. She depicts the family’s experience through the eyes of three sisters who come from an affluent, middle class background, but have been radicalised for different reasons.
